Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. All equipment shipped will require signature upon received .
2. Shipping Methods:
Mantra Tools ships via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your location and the size or weight of the item. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service level. Mantra Tools is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship within the continental United States. For international or special shipping requests, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify Mantra Tools within 5 business days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor delivery progress.
7. Verify your mailing address .-We are not responsible for equipment that was shipped to a wrong mailing address entered in our web site.
